Well, Elvis and the family are here in our hotel room taking a break between games and getting ready for the Big Game. Our trip down here was pretty uneventful, but I did notice many more Kentucky fans on the road than usual. I guess that because normally Kentucky doesn’t play until the second day of the tournament. Since they played the first game of the tournament, fans were rushing to get there on time.
Kentucky being in the very first game did bring many, many more people to the first game. Usually the first game of the tournament doesn’t have great attendance, but Kentucky fans really support their team. And they supported them to a great win over Alabama. And since we are Auburn fans who never cheer for Alabama, we congratulate the Wildcats for sending Alabama home early!
Now I wonder if we will see even more Kentucky Blue flowing in the ATL tomorrow.
