For the second time in four years, Texas has pilfered an Auburn Defensive Coordinator to fill its own ranks. Boy, it’d be one thing if Muschamp had left to take a head coaching position, but this was just a lateral move. Folks will say, “It’s all about the Benjamins”, but keep in mind, two years agao, Auburn had the higest paid staff in the nation (Texas was second).
Oh well, Coach Tubs has had a pretty good track record of getting good assistants, so hopefully, he’ll bag another top-notch DC. I just hope we can hold on to him for more than two years (assuming he’s good, of course.)
